There are 3 conditions for the Pervert trait, and they have not changed for many years. If anything it has become significantly easier in v1.0d due to the increased availability of lust. The conditions are high lust, involve them in perverted sexual actions, and get lucky.
The Stimulant Potion increases the rate at which the slave gains lust by 50%, though very few actions increase lust so it's not a magic bullet but is a little helpful. The Aphrodisiac grants a single large increase in lust, which should put them very close to the requirement range. The Relaxing Insense action was changed to the Arousing Incense and now increases lust each turn it is active; starting that as soon as possible is very helpful and can work by itself, though it will only reach the requirement range in the last half of the interaction.
The actions you are using are mostly correct, but massage with foot is not perverted. Other actions are milker, masturbation, and face sitting(both variations). However, the Pervert trait has nothing to do with orgasms. Instead it's about getting lucky, as each perverted action they are involved in each turn has a 20% chance to give them the trait. The entrancement spell does nothing to help with this, unlike other traits.
