you go to the bank and you rack up some debt by taking out a loan, it helps to have a new account to do this because i am not sure how much debt you need to encounter her. The loan comes with interest and will grow and I am not sure at the certain number you get to meet the bunny girl. After you have some debt, you just walk around a bit but depending on how much debt there is I think increases the chances of seeing her (like in order for me to encounter her I racked up 700 gold of debt to be safe and right when i tried to leave the town there was an encounter but i dont think it has to be 700). She will confront you and you will be asked to pay some of the debt, but if you dont have enough you can pay with your body, or fight her and not pay(if you lose it might be game over). There is also something special if you meet for a second encounter but i wont spoil too much.
