I'm trying to distribute download keys to an imported list of Kickstarter backers.  I get the warning message that because I've imported my own mailing list, the email needs to be approved by support. I opened a support ticket on 8/31 and included the desired text of my email, but haven't heard back.

Can anyone offer any guidance on the email approval process? How long does this normally take? What can I do to get these download keys sent to my backers?
