Errors like these usually happen when they detect you downloading or streaming a large amount of content (more than a real human could realistically consume). If your internet is unusually fast, you might need to space out your downloads so you only complete 1 or 2 per hour. However, for most people (who can only download 1 or 2 per hour) the adverage download speed alone is usually sufficient. The only thing you can do for soft-bans is to wait out the cooldown period and try again.
