Hello! I'm looking for dedicated team members for my yandere otome game, Yandere Love: Chains of Fate. It's horror/romance but there will also be non-consensual situations (kidnapping, forced kissing, that kind of thing; this deals with yanderes and there are bad endings). On my page, you can see what I've already done and play the first demo for one of the love interests (around or less than 20 minutes I think). If you like yanderes and otome games, here are the team members I'm looking for:
- experienced writers with a love and understanding for yanderes, including their darker sides
- programmers who have experience with Ren'py and Python
- artists who can match styles and work with a (pending) lead artist
- anyone who wants to translate the game into a different language
- animators of 2D characters
- video/animated film artists/editors to animate game cutscenes and work with various marketing
- social media marketers
I want to build as small a team as possible, ideally. Once I have a dedicated team, the plan is to get everyone's schedules so that they can work without interfering with their lives too much, as it's currently unpaid, and then when there's been enough content made, we'll start a kickstarter. After that, my plan overall is revshare, but I'm also willing to pay those who work within the kickstarter budget if it's successful. 😊
