How to play on quest 2 with redeemed code?

Hi, I just redeemed my code last night however it only shows up on my computer which i can't play on. It doesn't show up on any of my categories in my quest. When i tried contacting support they were of no help. i can't play on my pc since i don't have a link cable and i also don't have a good pc. Does anyone know how to get it on quest?

You probably got a rift key. Send me a proof on support@deisim.com and I will send you an app lab key

Hi, I sent you one 5 days ago and was just wondering if you got it? Like i aid im fine with sending anything but you just haven't responded to my email. I've already sent my rift key.

Sorry but I was in vacation with a very limited internet connectivity. I answered all the request with a big delay due to that can you confirm me that you got your key?
