Hello,
i have Ayneris since 65 days, but the Rapier quest does not start in my second playthrough. It actually started after a few days, but i reloaded to the previous day. Then suddenly the Ayda ice brandy quest started and no Rapier quest ever since. Did it overwrite something or what?
Frustrated, i tried to save edit the sidequests. Ayneris had a value of 6. I put a 5 in there, but still nothing ever since.
Any suggestions?
Unfortunately, I'm out of town until next week so I have limited ability to investigate the cause now. I don't have the events.gd or exploration.gd files to verify the correct side quest value. Though from what I can piece together the value should be 6, then go to Amberguard with her in your party. Changing the value to 5 without proper event timers may softlock you.
As a sidenote since you didn't provide additional information, if you are playing v1.0a then I recommend updating to 1.0d.
