I've noticed a paragraph about optional "modifiers" for the LocJAM (https://itch.io/jam/locjam-rpg); one of them is Transcreation. Does this mean that we can propose an original translation for the manual terminology? And if so, to what extent? And can we specify the modifiers we chose before submitting?

There are several reliable online terminology resources, so I thought about asking before allowing myself too much freedom.
