About me, I'm from Brazil, so I don't speak English, but I can read, I'm also dev weeb, but that doesn't matter, I make 3D and 2D games,  i  know use git and github too and I'm studying Computer Science at college. Unfortunately, the only time I have is the weekend because of my college, but I sometimes get some free time in the middle of the week.

About the tool I use to make games, it's a notebook with an i5 and 8gb of ram, integrated video card, it's not very good, but you can make some games.
