Amazing game overall, reminds me of Nancy Drew games with a touch of separation from reality. Your voice actor was phenomenal, very nice to hear throughout.  Gave me similar feelings to Superliminal, but brought out differently.

The hint system really stood out to me because it was very subtle, so it still felt like you were figuring it out on your own. It's a hard balance to strike, making it actually helpful without handholding, but it was done incredibly well. 

Thank you for playing The Search! Yes, I thought Cissy did a great job too. I enjoyed her performance in Firewatch and was pleasantly surprised when she agreed to lend her voice to this game.

Glad you thought the hint system had a good balance to it. An early tester of the game played it and said it needed hints like in The Room so I borrowed a lot from that system. It was a fair amount of work but I think it was worth it. :)
