Master of Puppets is a turn based tactical strategy game with base building elements. Instead of regular turns, each action that a unit performs takes a number of time slots which then determines when that unit will get its next turn.
The game is currently in a state where you can play the first couple of missions that serves as the games basic tutorial, introducing you to both the base building mode and the various turn-based strategy modes.
If you decide to give it a run, I'd love to hear what you think about it, but I'm specifically interested in knowing if you get stuck, or if you run into a bug, so do let me know :)
