Hey guys, I would love if you could check out my game's page and give me some feedback.

The link is : https://mantaogames.itch.io/castle-skeddadle

It's a 2D platformer that I'm releasing by the end of the month. I've been trying to make an attractive game page but I need someone else's point of view.
Thanks in advance.

I forgot I can use ths widget to share the game's link !

you can use this structure, I think it would be very explanatory:

Story (if the game has one): explain where the game is located and who the character is, and his purpose.

Controls: explain the controls (example: space = shoot)

Installation: tell us how we can install your game on our computer In addition to mentioning the platforms where we can play it.

Good luck!

Thank you. I will add these :)

I spent so much time in the game I forgot to explain it haha.

Hey MantaoGames,

I really like the sprite pack and music choice. I dont know if this was a design choice, but the player feels ..heavy. Doesn't feel bouncy.

I love the parallax in the background, adds nice atmosphere to the scene. I couldn't get far coz the jump feels very grounded. Then again, Im not good at platformers haha.

Hi, thanks for the feedback :) I'm glad you like the art and design of the game. This is my favourite part of game dev.
I thinkI can see what you mean about the jump being too heavy. I will keep this feedback in mind for my next platformer. I need to experiment more with different types of jumps in Unity.
