A few days ago we released something that's been in the work for almost a year, and which finally saw completion.
Ever since Pathfinder 2 came out, I wanted firearms in the game, and we got it all worked out - at which point Paizo released their Guns & Gears playtest. So we had to adapt. And I'd like to think we did that. :)
We'd focused on providing a "realistic"-ish approach to firearms, and how they changed the battlefield, and Paizo's approach was more focused on the gameplay side of things. So we adapted and made 2 sets of stat blocks for all the 25+ weapons in here. It'll then be up to you and your GM which set you to use in your campaigns.
Furthermore, the book also contains information and ideas for how to conduct low-fantasy and non-magical campaigns and some of the things to consider in those games, as well as ideas, plot hooks, and notes for gaming in 8 different eras of play.
And just to finish it all up, we really wanted to allow more than just the gunslinger from the Guns and Gears playtest to be good with firearms, so 4 new archetypes were added to the book in the form of the Desperado, the Highwayman, the Musketeer, and the Spellshot.
And to top it all off, it's seen its first review come out at 5 stars on DriveThruRPG, which we're rather excited about. :)
