Toki Pona is a constructed language, created by Sonja Lang, that emphasises minimalism. Many ideas can be expressed by combining the small number of words (around 120) in unique and creative ways. Training your mind to speak in Toki Pona makes you think about the world differently and break down concepts into their constituent parts.
