Loading save files

For some reason when I try to load up a game, I realize that for some reason you cannot choose a save file to load. Although you do have the option to save in the game, even if you change the save file "save01.json" to "Save.json", for some reason, it remembers the old file and starts where you left even if you lose. If you delete the original save file, start a new game, restore the old save file, for some reason it will still load the new save file rather than loading the old one... Honestly this is so frustrating.  If there is a way to fix this, I would be glad. The version I'm playing is 1.21.0. please I would love some help

I imagine/hope Majalis plans on adding in-game save files in the future. But as things are, can you not simply remove the unwanted save from the folder and swap it in and out as needed?

Hey, while there aren't manual saves yet, there are two save files - an autosave and a quicksave.  When you manually hit save, you create a quicksave - to reload it, hit "Load" on the main menu instead of "Continue".  Every time you hit load, you'll load your previous quick save.  Hitting continue loads the last autosave.
