Hi.this is my first time using the PC version.and I want to know how to put the new update on the previous version.you know what I mean.like updating a game on Android. I'd appreciate it if someone could teach me.

You have two options. You can either overwrite the old files with the new ones. Which is as simple as moving the folders and replacing any duplicate file. Another option is to carry of the contents of the old versions save folder into the new versions save folder. Hope this helps.
