if its applab, then how do i use it (on Q1)

There is no APK anymore everything is on app lab now :
You must claim the Oculus Key on your download page on itch.io and then redeem your key here : https://secure.oculus.com/redeem-code/
Then you should be able to download it directly on your Quest
