Would it be possible to implement the option to move sections entirely and swap them with other areas in a city rather than having to spam generate and hope for a good layout? I've tried it with displace but it ends up merging and making it look like a mess.

I've tried creating a more freeform tool for city "drawing" based on the same idea as MFCG (https://www.patreon.com/posts/39697187) but it turned out to be pretty awkward to use. Maybe one day I'll try again.
