My idol wants a cool tv job?

I tried getting her tv gigs  and even launch a tv show with her in it 

but its still in my task, what am i supposed to do to achieve it??

You could try changing your focii in what your group's priorities are. Are they a group that focuses on cool, sexy, or cute? Are they an orthodox group? Do you idols you want to push on getting gigs? It's related to the choices you made when you first hired a office manager and dance coach (policies).

Jobs have attributes. You can't just get her a tv job, you have to get her a cool tv job. Read the game a little closer.
