Hello, I just released my new The Sims 4 modification - Discover Pregnancy! It makes you see no signs of pregnancy until the Sims discover they are pregnant, either by waiting or taking a pregnancy test! You can be completely surprised by discovering pregnancy along with your Sims! They no longer throw up autonomously or display thought bubbles about children if the pregnancy is not confirmed.
