So I finally took the plunge and purchased the game, but it will not install. I playing one of the version 3 demo's on the same phone and it worked fine. I uninstall it before trying to install the version 5 demo that also did not work. Can anyone please help?  Android Note 9 if that helps

Hum, That's weird, Maybe the apk is corrupted, maybe try to redownload it ?

try going into your security settings and turn on allow installation of aps from unknown sources

I have tried deleting and downloading again several time. Also tried Firefox instead of crome.

I also tried the security settings and the google play security settings.

But based on the picture attached I think it is an issue with Android 10.

How long do I have to request a refund if I can't find a solution?

I have also noticed that my phone no longer seems to be available as a storage device when I attach it to my pc via usb. So trying to sort that out so I can check if there is not maybe some hidden file causing the installation issues. Also seeing if I can't find away to get some kind of installation log file (create by another application) for more details on the failure to install.

My honest opinion is that Android 10 seems to be the issue

Interesting  update. I installed another game via apk. Also a game playstore will not have. Lol. And everything installed. So last thing I can think is to back up my phone and do a factory reset. But honestly just don't think I am willing  to risk it.
