Well I guess it is problem of paypal. I tried to purchase with paypal, but it blocks EPOCH.com. I don't know the reason why paypal blocks it, but I found some people have similar problem when they use paypal. 

Yeah, I've bought a few things on this game, as well as on Fap Titans, and Cunt Wars, and I never had any issues. I believe I also used Paypal for all the purchases.
