this issue is related to confusion with player save data and naomi save data. A quick fix should be selecting one of the preset outfits in the first category, that i know clears the item list and should get rid of it. And alternatively deleting save data (should be in a momoirosoft folder in appdata). 

I'll have a quick fix soon when I get back home from travel. Save data has been troublesome, I may just disable player save data for now as this behavior is very unusual.
