In the last update 0.61, you'll find brand new anxiety prevent feature! Just hit "esc" and freeze the game!
(it's ain't much, but we need to reinforce after release marathon).

Now we're working on balance and explaining escape from the human mechanic.
TIP: If you want to try to escape now: use the bushes and stay silent as long as possible.
To encourage: this location is accessible only to the bravest dogs. You can find there a lot of BIRDS!
