This game has no permanent name yet.

The game is a mixture of platform and sokoban.

Hi adgard,

I played your game. Looks quite fun, and I like the level of polish that it has! Here’s my feedback on it:

  • I enjoyed the pace of the tutorial, letting the user know how to play the game one level at a time, while not being intrusive at all.

  • Graphics look pretty nice, the game has a consistent style and everything is tied together really well!

  • The main menu could use some graphics from the game itself, to give a better idea of the art style.

  • Not sure if text would make the main menu buttons easier to read. When I saw the level select button, I assumed it would be for selecting levels because I was looking for that functionality.

  • Selecting the level select from the game would feel safer if it had a confirmation that the progress of the puzzle will be lost. Sure puzzles are short, so not much harm can be done, but it might make users hesitant to click future buttons if they think it might affect the progress of the current puzzle.

  • The levels look a bit static. Apart from the chests when switching mode. It would look more dynamic if the map had some animated elements when the user is not moving. Maybe some particles flying around, or the coins shining every so often. Or maybe some small animal is moving around (just decoration).

  • For some reason, when the mouse hovers over a level, it changes to the “hovering over a clickable element” graphic. I completed quite a few levels, so not sure if later on using the mouse is expected on some levels.

  • I’m not familiar with “sokoban” games, so this might be just me, but I’m not sure I understand the “Lore” of the game. As in, when switching modes, I don’t understand what happens to the character visually. Why can the character suddenly move in a grid? Why is the character’s face (VR headset?) changing?

  • I like the difficulty and the creativity of the puzzles. They start simple, and each level adds one more element that makes the solution just a tiny bit more difficult.

I’m aware this game is still under development, so some of the things I mentioned might already be in the roadmap. I added everything for completeness.

This is all my personal opinion, hope it helps :)

Hey. I played your game and recorded it on a video. If you want me to delete the video, let me know. Anyway, I enjoyed playing your game.

Thank you guys for reviews. I fell out of the game development a little, I release the game only now.
