Every collection/asset pack I've released or am working towards releasing, is available for 50% off for two days [individual items] or 90+% off for all items combined. ($1.97), As of this sale timeframe, two major new things are going live:
1) A massive update to the TACC2018 asset pack (the asset pack with everything I had made asset-wise up to summer 2018) with a substantial overhaul of the 1100+ included texture maps making assorted improvements to almost all of them in one way or another. Depth and normal maps? Now they all use a cutting edge AI depth solver to get better results, and in cases where that's not enough, plenty of additional meticulous manual editing. Plus all maps are now seamless in ways that are consistent from map to map, and all textures are in powers of two now in resolution terms, often AI-upscaled to meet that goal.
2) The new 3d asset pack (North Africa/Middle East) featuring numerous 3d models ranging from nature models to urban ones, an asset pack originally intended for the Palestine Bundle, is going live around the beginning of this sale.
Plus all the existing asset packs are still as they already were - massive high quality collections of PBR seamless textures, some VFX clips, a TON of 3d asset files in .OBJ and .FBX, in various categories. They're tagged as both 'photorealistic' and 'low-poly' in many cases, which sounds weird but they're both applicable - polycounts on these models are typically super efficient, even mobile friendly, yet they look quite nicely detailed in most situations due to realistic and efficient texturing and fairly nicely optimized UV mapping.
And yes, there are some "PREORDER" items in the bundle that are not yet released. That includes several asset collections and a handful of game dev efforts which remain ongoing, ambitious and long-term projects. I'm still working on those but they are BIG projects with a ton of work involved and the fact that I'm rotating btween over a dozen substantial efforts, here and on Etsy, and trying to update / overhaul a batch of websites too, it means that any one [larger] project will likely take a few years from start of development to completion. I know sometimes it seems little is happening but I'm doing more than you'd think, I'm still quietly chipping away at all the tasks involved.
February-April (the next three months) should see all not-yet-released asset packs actually filled with content, along with significant additions across already released collections. And then AFTER spring 2024, watch out for game releases to appear here and there, one every 2-3 months from June 2024 to late 2025. (Hoping all my indie games visibly posted will be done before end of 2025. Won't be easy of course, we are still talking 2200+ hours of likely work on my end across everything currently in progress but that's small compared to the total count of hours already poured into the asset packs and games so far, and I think a lot of things are closer to completion than many of you may realize. )
Also, one other note: Any purchases of the new North Africa/Middle East pack specifically will go to aid for the civilians of Gaza/Palestine, and 10% of any bundle purchases made likewise will go to that, plus an extra 15% across a mix of other aid/relief causes making an impact worldwide. Plus I'll note again - there's a huge Palestine Bundle with 400+ participants across the itch.io platform submitting material in an aim to help provide humanitarian aid, myself included. So consider that as well. My third most popular asset pack, the 2022 PBR texture pack, is a part of that bundle.
