I've noticed that games often end in a tie, so I added two small rules for bonus points to help break the deadlock.

+1 bonus point for a bard with four beverage tokens

+2 bonus points for a mixed couple seated at a two-person table

I recommend focusing on complex combos and aiming for bonus points to gain an edge over your opponents.

Thanks! It’s just a little homemade project... I spent most of the weekend cutting, gluing, and fine-tuning the rules. It took a little while to get things balanced. I’m surprisingly happy with how it turned out — the games feel quick, interactive, and full of fun little moments...

Such an ambitious project! I love it, but I don't know if I'll ever have such an experience... maybe I'll read Kafka and listen to Richter instead :)

Hi everyone!

I'm excited to share my free print & play card game, Tavernees, now available on itch.io!

>>> https://zrezlo.itch.io/tavernees <<<

🍺 About the Game

At The Red Mane Tavern, all kinds of creatures gather for a drink — elves, dwarves, humans, monsters... You play as a tavernkeeper trying to fill the tables with characters drinking your chosen beverage (beer, wine, rum, or mead), while outsmarting your opponents with clever placements and chain reactions.

It’s a light tactical game for 2–6 players, full of interactions, surprises, and that classic “just one more game” feeling.
