Very nice, I like this game a lot! The uncanny atmosphere really makes you feel uneasy.

Very nice concept and implementation!

Unfortunately, it's kind of freezing sometimes.

I can see the potential for this concept of pressing buttons to count down manually. Keep on improving your coding skills!

Thanks for the feedback!

After the jam, I'll make some improvements on making the machanics more understandable.

Trains.

Alright, thank you for your feedback!

I will make some improvements and additions to the game after the jam has fully ended. This will definetly help me.

I like the stickman art direction! This game makes me think of childhood memories or old minecraft worlds that just get deleted over time.

But finding that page though in a big world without a clear direction is kind of looking for a needle in a haystack. I wish there was some guidance for finding the exit.

I like your twist on the countdown to finish the level!

The song is really interesting, it would be nice if it didn't repeat after every respawn.

I like the gameplay implementing the theme and also using the geometry to my advantage. But I still couldn't quite figure out the timeout mechanic for the bullet.

Nice game! feels like Overcooked

Interesting art style! I'm sure you could come up with something visually very interesting if you would put more work into the graphics.

But I feel like there aren't really that many enemies and it was a litte too easy.

I like the small minigames to fix the clocks! Also very nice looking graphics, it's pleasant to watch the sunrise.

I managed to beat the game with 2 secs left

Nice cozy vibe!

There is too much time though, in my taste at least. Maybe setting the timer a little lower could give some more urgency to finish the tasks.

Unfortunately, I don't have a friend to grab nearby. Otherwise this game could be entertaining for some rounds.

Maybe making more rounds would give this game a little more tension because 45 seconds in total is going by way too quickly. But it's still okay, as you can just replay over and over.

I like the optional stealth in the last level!

But I feel like there is no real way to attack the enemies without getting killed as well though. The bullets are very hard to see, and it feels like the character is too slow to dodge the bullets.

I just realized that this game could make use of the touchscreen to be playable on phones and more. So, I will release some updates after the GMTK Game Jam has completely finished.

Is there something you struggled with specifically?

The jump delay - if you were talking about that- was on purpose to serve the animation, btw. But if I think of it, that was not the best idea I've had.

Wow, we have a similar concept for both of our games.

Nice work tho 👌

The Scratch Bros

Nice & Neat little story adventure game ;) Maybe a little too short but the Karen scenes compensate.

Also playable in the browser with the smartphone; Haven't seen this so much around here in this jam.

Nice work, G A M E R!

You're right. The (actually, it's a) slowdown can be helpful to time the jump.

Since this my first game ever published, plus for a game jam, I appreciate any feedback.

Well, the lag (+ slowdown) comes from the Scratch 'Engine' and is no intentional thing. The 'Engine' or the game is not optimized for the other one.

I should maybe force it to run it on Turbo-Mode (60 fps) and tweak a few variables to somewhat hide that lag (+ slowdown).

Unfortunately for now, I won't have the time to do this, maybe in the future.

I think the question should be: Is it possible to create a 3d game using only black and white?

I.e., can I e.g. use Scratch or any other editor with a visual coding environment?

thx
