i solved the problem, i just quit the game for a few hours and jump back in, i did the love scenes and that solved the bug, i think it bugged for going to fast in the story
i had the same problem and it solved just doing the love scenes with the characters, that worked for me, about the scarlet house one i didnt found solution yet
