i had the same problem and it solved just doing the love scenes with the characters, that worked for me, about the scarlet house one i didnt found solution yet
what love scenes? i have all progress on characters do , only what i can do is story and i don't know how to trigger something else, or maybe is this new skill spend time or somethink like that
