One thing I’ve been wondering about is when we might see the next route or MAJOR update *not anything minor like haima or anything like that*, and based on the development pattern I’ve noticed, I’m guessing it’ll probably be out in at the very least about 2 months or so? I’ve been following the releases closely, and it seems like the new routes typically take around 8- 14 months to develop and release. If that trend holds, it feels like we’re getting pretty close to halfway to Scribble’s route, and I’m so excited!

I know development takes time, and I totally respect how much work goes into making each route so unique and well-crafted. I just can’t help but speculate since it’s been a little while since the last update, and I’m eagerly anticipating what’s next. I’m sure it’ll be worth the wait, as always!

If anyone else has been keeping track of the timeline, I’d love to hear your thoughts, too. Whether I’m right or not, I know we’re all in for a treat once it drops!

I also wanted to take a moment to talk about one of my favorite features in Lust Shards: the saved scenes system. Honestly, I can’t express enough how much I appreciate this. It’s such a simple, yet game-changing feature, especially for someone like me who tends to take breaks between playthroughs. Having the ability to go back and replay the last scene you were at really helps me jump back in without losing track of where I left off.

There’s nothing worse than coming back to a game after a while and feeling completely lost, like, “Wait, what was happening again? Where was I?” But with this system, it’s so easy to pick up right where you left off and get back into the flow of things. It’s such a thoughtful inclusion, and I really appreciate how it allows players to easily reorient themselves without having to sit through hours of previous scenes just to remember what was going on.

Whether it’s revisiting a scene for a different choice or simply reliving a favorite moment, the saved scenes system makes the game feel much more accessible, especially for those of us who might not be able to dedicate long hours at once. It’s those little details that really show the level of care the creator has put into the game.

It’s also really nice knowing that I don’t have to worry about missing out on anything. If I have a gap in between playing, I can always go back, refresh my memory, and enjoy the story without feeling like I’ve lost progress.

Honestly, it’s one of those features that makes the experience even better and keeps me coming back for more. Thank you for including it – it’s a small thing that makes a huge difference!

Hey, I’ve been playing Lust Shards for a while now, and I just wanted to share my thoughts on the game, especially with the recent updates. Honestly, I can’t help but feel a little disappointed about the Alvy route. I get that it’s one of the more dramatic arcs, but the fact that you die at the end? I really didn’t see that coming, and it was a pretty heavy blow for me. I guess I was hoping for a different outcome, something where maybe you get to keep going with Alvy or explore more of his story. I know it’s part of the game’s complexity and the risks that come with branching routes, but it still felt like a gut punch.

On a more positive note, I absolutely love the depth of lore in this game. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the world-building, and I really appreciate how rich and intricate the lore is. It’s not just something that’s added in for fluff – it’s tied to everything, from the characters’ motivations to the overarching story. You can tell that the creator really wanted to make something that felt alive and immersive, and it really shows. It’s rare to see such a well-thought-out narrative in a game like this.

Speaking of the lore, I loved the Tate route, not just for the romance or drama, but for how much it added to the backstory and the overall world-building. The route was such a well-crafted experience, both lore-wise and branch-wise. The way it branched off and offered different outcomes depending on choices felt satisfying, *Like Merina route* and the lore tied into it perfectly. Honestly, I feel like the Tate route is one of the best parts of the game, and I’m really impressed with how it was developed.

Now, I have to mention Dallan because, wow – what a cute character! His storyline was so charming and honestly gave me a lot of positive vibes throughout. His interactions felt sweet and heartfelt, and I was really invested in his journey. It’s nice to see such a wholesome character amidst all the other intense arcs.

On the flip side, though, I really have to say I’m not a huge fan of Aiden. I know a lot of people seem to find Tate annoying (and I get it, he’s a bit rough around the edges), but for me, Aiden’s constant attitude and behavior were way more irritating. It’s just one of those personal preferences, but I found myself feeling frustrated with him more often than not. I guess it just shows how diverse the game is in how players perceive the characters!

I’m also super excited for Scribble’s route! I can’t wait to see how it develops. It’s always great when a new route opens up because it adds so much potential for new dynamics and deeper storytelling. The game keeps surprising me, and I’m pumped for what’s to come.

Lastly, I just want to say a huge thank you to the creator, MindOfFur. The dedication and hard work you’ve put into this game over the past 3 years are so obvious. It’s clear that you care deeply about the project and the fans, and I really appreciate how much effort goes into making something this expansive and detailed. You’ve created an experience that’s both fun and emotionally engaging, and I can’t wait to see where you take it next!

Thanks again, and keep up the amazing work. You’ve earned a loyal fan in me!

NOT... My beloved. *lol*

Lol i did the same thing, completed it when tate came out, and then just stopped until alvy chap 3.

Hottest character... Dunno between marina and chelsea

Dude. Chelsea is by far the hottest character.

Actually tho, like, when is day Alvy 3? Ive been playing since day one of Tate came out, and since then I've gotten every scene over and over, and filled out the whole gallery 5 times over. (Best time of 0:21:27)

I left the game open, then pressed square to log into it again, and my game runs backwards when i press. I've deleted the saves, made new save files, started over, everything, even deleted and redownloaded the game... Not working... Help?
