I enjoyed the game when it started to get fast. For the spell building maybe a shift click or control click on items to load them into the cauldron to match the speed of game. I felt dragging them slowed things down.
This could be a full release game. The telegraphing could be improved, as it became very difficult to time attacks. Additionally, I wish it wasn't me with a broom vs super human person lol. Wonderful cutscenes that I saw often.
I think what was great about this was the logic behind the pies. I didn't notice the helper book, rather I thought how a pie should be made and it just worked.
This was a fun game, I do think the limitations made it a quicker play than if they were not there. If your goal was to expand on it, I would def throw progression on here. I think the colors blended well.

Awesome game. The game does completely freeze my browser on the initial load for 5 secs. After that the game plays fine. Also, J to interact is new to me, I spammed E and every other button before I had to read instructions. The audio was spot on, and I enjoyed the cutscenes. Great work.
Is the fishing lure Donald Trump ? haha. It was relaxing for sure. I can see you expanding on this a lot further with more fish, and upgrades. I also caught a fish (:
The intro was incredible... That alone had me hooked. I would say there is a bug where when looking through the mail, if your mouse is at the bottom the letters rapidly jitter. I really like the interactions as you walk along the path. The cat rolling was a cute touch!
Great starting scene, and art style. I was only partially stressed from the people coming in lol! There was some trouble for me finding the exit on the settings book, and the cup the first time as it was behind the dialogue box. But that was tiny to the overall enjoyment. Enjoyed it overall, great stuff!
The downloaded version has step by step. Sorry the sandbox didn't have as many tutorials. I started to run out of time. Thank you for playing what you did! Your feedback is valuable!

You did a great job with the cutscenes, additionally this made me feel very cozy. if the characters were animated a bit more or the farmers market animated, I think it would bring a lot of life to it.
really enjoyed the visuals. I will say the pictures on the right don't match the art style. Maybe a quick fix would to trace over them in a similar style? Sometimes the orders skip. I am not sure if that was on purpose. Great starting point overall.
if you would have kept the 4th wall break stuff like exposed unfinished rooms like the stanley parable. I think you could have leaned into the not being able to finish. Which I think would have made this entry stand out.
I wasn't too sure it matched the theme besides being a tiny person maybe. I am not sure how he is mighty as each level win kind of makes your character's chances weaker.
I thought the level changes were unique, and gave quite an interesting twist.
The game was hard but it kept me wanting to try to get to the end.
