ERROR - Sprites are mistaken for variables

Whenever I make a change to an event that draws a sprite, GMLive stops working with this error:
(instance of obj_object) does not have a variable `sp_sprite`.
I recently updated to v2024.14.1.210, but I am not sure this is the cause and I can't test in the previous version right now.

Okay, I tested on the previous version, and it STILL doesn't work? Also tried to move back to a previous version of the project and it still doesn't work.
I don't understand what is happening.

For some cryptic reason, I had to reinstall GMLive AND move the project to a different folder... I have no idea what I did that make it stop working in the first place.
This is beyond my comprehension, but at least now it works great as always.

That’s mildly mysterious, good that it works after a reinstall, but… huh

The fact is, the reinstall in itself wasn't enough. I spent an entire morning testing, and GMLive returned to work only after I moved the project folder to another location... The fact that it stopped working properly after the last update BUT couldn't work again even when rolling back is very strange. Oh, well.

I am happy that it all works now, because after years using GMLive I can't think of working without it. It's such a treasure!
Thank you!
