Hi everyone!!!, I just released Artefkt, a local desktop image editor for making glitch, dither, pixel, palette, color and display effects.
You can import an image, stack effects, tweak each layer live, and export the final result as PNG, JPEG or WebP. The stack stays editable until export, so you can keep experimenting without touching the original file.

It includes 65 effects, full-resolution export, stack/effect presets, local settings, themes, and no account or always-online requirement.
Right now it is Windows only. Linux and macOS are planned :).
Small Windows note: the app is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen may show a warning the first time you open it. You may need to choose More info and Run anyway.
I’d love to see what people make and glitch with it, and feedback or bug reports are very welcome !!.
