You can try to use items from shop (superconductor is escpecially useful).  Finishing all the current content and getting all earth cards is also helpful

With Chloe you should use low value slut and fire cards to apply burn. Frost cards also help since they will give you extra turns to make use of burn damage.
With Zoe you might use electric cards to avoid giving her regeneration and something like 3 of sluts to deal a lot of damage

With the new system you should be able to get most of the stuff. There might be phone pictures that will be locked, but that's it. I'll create a way to obtain those in the future

she regenerates a lot of health but takes extra burn damage. just stack flames until you out damage her regen

Getting the superconductor item from magic shop will help a lot in that fight as well as using cards that multiply the damage of other cards with lightning cards (3 and 6 of sluts cards)
Using frost cards is also helpful. Even though the damage from them is negated, you will still get extra turns
(or you can always use cheats, just enter the code 1234 at gacha machine)
