NULLGATE is a fast first-person roguelite with a PS1 look, and the first playable build is now up. It is a pre-alpha: the whole loop runs end to end, but a lot of the art is half-finished and the balance still moves every week.
Every arena is generated the moment you walk into it: layout, theme, lighting and prop density all roll separately, so no two rooms repeat. Enemy fire is slow and glowing on purpose so you can weave through it instead of trading damage. Your kill-streak is the currency you spend between rooms, so the run keeps asking whether you push one more fight or bank what you already have.
What is in the build: a full run from the hub through generated arenas to a multi-phase boss, five-plus weapons with their own specials and a two-gun loadout, elites with nine stacking affixes, and meta-progression that carries between runs. English and Spanish, full key remapping, gamepad support.
What is rough: many rooms are still greybox while the art pass lands, VFX and audio polish comes after the mechanics settle, and the in-game arena editor is experimental.

If you play it, the feedback I want most is specific: where you died and whether it felt fair, which weapon you never touched, and what made you close the game.
