I’m happy to share my contribution to the 6th Folclore Rol Jam 2025, themed Folklore Creatures: 

The Mystery of the Barley Tower, an adventure for Mausritter inspired by real Spanish folklore.

Set in and around a real place in southern Spain, the Barley Tower near Pinos del Valle, this adventure blends local history with two traditional folkloric creatures:

• The Gailán — a giant cat with a human face that walks on two legs
  
• The Gurimanta — a mysterious being hidden beneath a white blanket, born from collective memory and legend

The tower, once home to the Order of Malt mice, has fallen into chaos:
a terrifying intruder stalks its heights, rival rats move in from the shadows, and a family of silkworms searches desperately for their missing leader.

Efectivamente, hay una errata: la opción de en medio debería ser un 4. Corregiré el error y volveré a subir la versión arreglada.

De hecho, la versión arreglada y revisada puedes encontrarla en mi juego La Desbandá 1937 - 🇬🇧 English Edition, ya que el sistema se diseñó para eso juego en cuestión y esa versión fue posteriormente revisada y editada.

Es por esto, que el ejemplo intermedio no aparece en la versión en español. La versión inglesa es una versión posterior editada con la ayuda de The Dietz Foundation

Un maravillo juego de diario que combina perfectamente un secillo reglamente con unas tablas de eventos que realmente evocan la temática.

La lectura del manual se hace además muy agradable en la forma en que va contándolo todo.

What a wonderful and beautiful game!

Acabo de subir una ayuda de juego con una serie de narraciones que pueden usarse directamente en ciertos momentos de la partida o incluso servir de inspiración para crear nuevo.

Cada narración va acompañada de un tema musical que creo que puede acompañarla.

Efectivamente, ahora se ve muy bien. Muuuuchas gracias!!!

Usando Acrobat Reader en un tablet Android se ven mal algunas palabras. ¿Se te ocurre cuál puede ser el motivo?

Aún no he podido probarlo, pero tras ver el vídeo que acabas de publicar tengo que admitir que me ha llamado mucho la atención.

Especialmente resaltar 2 aspectos:

• MapCrunch: No conocía esta web y me parece una herramienta brutal para los juegos de rol en solitario.
• La mecánica de reencuentro con las victimas me parece que puede dar mucho juego.

Y por aportar algo, se me ocurre que sería muy interesante también unir la localización con la víctima, de manera que el jugador narrase también porqué la victima está en ese lugar.

Lo dicho, a ver si saco un rato y puedo probarlo.

Acabo de publicar mi primera obra, el juego de rol "El hombre del saco (La historia del crimen de Gádor)"

Esta aventura, que puede obtenerse de forma totalmente gratuita y libre, es una adaptación al rol de los sucesos acaecidos en 1910 en la provincia de Almería y que dieron lugar a la leyenda del hombre del saco o “sacamantecas” como se le conoce en la zona. En su contenido, he tratado de respetar el rigor histórico de dichos acontecimientos, aunque haciendo uso de ciertas licencias artísticas para poder hacer la historia jugable y amena.

This game has 3 small "foldable books", the core rules and 2 adventures. I've enjoyed it. It has good things like:

• System to define a character.
• A simple mechanism based on dices for moving the story and skill tests.
• I think it has enough replayability for playing it several times.

It's not just a dungeon crawler, each adventure gives you a narrative to link all the random encounters and situations, and all these random elements are thematically related to the story.

In my case, I played drawing each element of the story on paper and listening to Skyrim OST.
