I assure you it's not. Currently, there's an issue with a Windows false positive with NW.js and Electron applications. (NW.js is the container that Astra Defender uses.)

I am actively looking for ways around this issue in future updates.

Not currently, though Quick Match should put you in the same game if you join around the same time.

Also note that the server currently resets every couple of hours while I work out a bug where the server hangs after a match.

Hello everyone! I've been working on Jumpala for a while now, but I just made the demo version freely available!

Jumpala is a fast-paced competitive game that's all about sabotage, superpowers, and stage control. While the core mechanics are simple, each game is a test of skill and strategy as you try to outscore and outplay your opponents.

This is a huge milestone for me! Today I'm releasing my first game on itch.io, Jumpala!

It's a multiplayer competitive "platformer" where you jump on platforms and try to get the most points by the time you reach the top of the stage. A lot of people have compared it to Speedrunners, so if you liked that game, maybe you'll enjoy this one?

It's still very much a work in progress, but it currently has four characters, CPUs of varying difficulty, and online play. I'm still working hard on adding more stages and characters!

I'm planning to charge a little for it to fund further development (thinking half of its final release price), but to celebrate this milestone, and to increase visibility, I'm making it free for a while, so please check it out and let me know your thoughts!
