i use Aseprite and when i export the images, it has a "resize" is there a suitable percentage between those (50% - 1000%)?

hi, i'm new in all this world and i want to start publishing assets, the problem is that I don't know how to handle the files ... in what kind of extension should i save them before publishing them as a package?
