Two months have passed and I still haven't received an invoice for the transaction. I'm not getting any replies to my emails.

Hi,
We've been in touch with itch support over email regarding a payout through bank transfer. I was told in the reply we got that you'd be able to do this, but matters have been moving very slowly. Our conversation started last November (2016), and to this day we still haven't received any money. The last email we received was 2 months ago, in which we gave you the information you asked for in order to perform the transfer. However, still no money. Any emails we've written since then have not been replied to.
Since we aren't receiving any replies through email, I'm trying this forum instead.
So Itch, what's going on?
