No, I'm talking about another project, it's also related to the Postal, but I haven't posted it anywhere yet. 

Point 3: I can make it exclusive to PlayStation Vita. 

Point 5: Running With Scissors allows you to use their resources (textures, models, animations) and I use them, because this is a project created on the Unity engine. 

Point 6: as I wrote earlier, the project was not published anywhere, I started working on the project in early June. I will be grateful for the answer.

the question is, is it possible to use the project on two Jams? That is, for your Jam, I have a PC build, and for the other, conditionally, a Switch or Android

This is a classic control like on PSOne. I'm preparing an update, after completing the JAM, I'll fill in a new version with a choice of controls.
