what response time can I expect? I unfortunately didn't get any response so far.. The problem is quite urgent to me and it would be nice to know when I can expect help with this matter. But still thank you for letting an admin know.

On Tuesday the 16th June I wanted to buy the Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality. I originally wanted to buy it for 5 Dollar and 1 Cent. Instead, I mistyped and forgot the punctuation and paid 501 Dollar. This was not my intention and an error of explanation on my side. I contacted the Support but I only received an automatic response, nothing else. Maybe I can find help here. Thank you for your time.
