If you're using PC then download 7zip,check if your device is 32 bit or 64 bit, if it is 32 bit then it would not work (Gacha neon mod) if its 64 bit then you're good to go just download 7zip and your device's bit after that click the downloaded file then let it do its thing after downloaded, download the mod by clicking the download button at the top, right click it and if you see 7zip then just point your mouse at it after that click "extract here" after it is extracted then you can play it.Make sure you clicked the one with an application info on it.

Try downloading it on Elena's channel otherwise check if your device is 32 bit or 64 bit..It doesnt work on 32 bit

Is Apple ios? if it is then i dont think you can download it since its only available on Android and PC. You can search for youtube tutorials tho, Thank you for understanding

This is the PC version i dont think you can download it on iPad since its only available on Android,Pc...I'm not sure about mac, i dont really know much about iPad but i'm sure its not an Android device if i am not mistaken. I hope you understand.If your mobile is 32 bit i dont think you can download it unless you find a way to
