If you're using PC then download 7zip,check if your device is 32 bit or 64 bit, if it is 32 bit then it would not work (Gacha neon mod) if its 64 bit then you're good to go just download 7zip and your device's bit after that click the downloaded file then let it do its thing after downloaded, download the mod by clicking the download button at the top, right click it and if you see 7zip then just point your mouse at it after that click "extract here" after it is extracted then you can play it.Make sure you clicked the one with an application info on it.
