I was able to fix my problem by using an online extractor and extracting through browser - UPDATE.

Thank you I ended up opening it online idk what was going on thank you for such a wonderful set of icons, I'll fix my post so it doesn't have a chance of hurting sales. 

Please help it keeps saying I don't have permission to acess the file I tried redownloading it still same problem. Literally bought it but I can't get the files.

There is an error when trying to download these I just paid for this and I can't get the files.
