I'm so glad you liked it! Thanks for playing :)

It was hard to balance them, it seems half the people say they were too easy and half too hard (notably the one 3x3 puzzle). Thanks for playing! :)

Unfortunate, but thanks for playing anyways!

I'm glad you liked it, thanks for playing!

Really cool little dungeon crawler. I think it could have benefitted a little from being a bit more 'on rails' as it were- my slime would sometimes just wonder back and forth for a while. I also really liked the 2D sprites in a 3D world! I got to level 3 with 6 coins :)

It's unfortunate that the shop didn't work, but it was a really cool idea! Using programming loops to tie the game to the theme was really clever!

I'm a little confused- I can use the arrow keys to move to the first purple block, but when I try and duck under it I get stuck-- am I missing something?

I'm a little confused, when I launch the game all I see is my mouse cursor being replaced with a crosshair, but I can't actually do anything?

Really cool little puzzle game, although I was a little confused at what the goal was in the second section (the one in the dark cave). Also I really like the fact that holding E makes the character spin around-- it's a really cute little touch :)

I think the hacking mini game was a little hard to balance, which is why I decided adding a skip button would be helpful for those who struggled with it. The health in the last section is supposed to be a unicode heart:  ♥, but it wouldn't surprise me if some systems don't have the font to render it. But anyways thanks so much for playing!

Thanks for playing! There are a couple things from the first section that effect the others, one of which being enemy placement (the idea of placing enemies in the first section and then having them show up later in those spots was actually the original idea of this game)! The other big thing that could effect things was the bonuses selected in section one having an effect on later dialogue. I'm so glad you enjoyed it! :)

Thanks for playing! I agree that some of the gameplay was a bit lacking, a bit of a jack of all trades master of non sort of scenario, but I'm really happy with how it came out and I'm glad you liked it!

Really awesome little game, and cool idea using the loop in a more physical sense of needing to draw a loop with your mouse to progress! The upgrades after each round were also a really nice touch!

Cool little game, and nice theming with the loop of going on endless dates and continuously being rejected. Although slightly unobtainable because of the time crunch, I think it would have been nice to not need to say one of the two options as much (e.g. somewhat getting forced to respond with a certain option cause the other doesn't progress the dialogue tree), bet this is a great proof of concept and really awesome small game! :)

Awesome idea incorporating the theme with the idea of a musical loop! I think that your game could have been improved a little bit by easing into the idea of needing to place/remove blocks mid-phrase more slowly, but my confusion with that at the start could just be a me problem. All in all really cool game! :)

Really awesome little puzzle game! I could see something like this being really cool with some additional tile types and puzzles! Needing to end where you started was a really clever way to use the theme, but also make the puzzles more in depth as you don't only need to figure out what path works once, but what path is the most structurally sound. Awesome work! :)

I'm glad I saved the turt! That time wizard had no idea what was coming for him! Really cool little beat 'em up, and I especially liked the art :)

Really cool game! My biggest note would be to add a little bit more of a tutorial on how the puzzle works, I found myself a little confused at the start. I really liked the photographs as textures an animations, it's not something you see often! Also as a first Godot game it's really awesome (and awesome engine choice btw, go open source!). Great job :)

Awesome game, and doing procedural generation in 24 hours is seriously impressive! I think that the levels may get a bit over complicated as the player progresses, so maybe in order to keep up interest without making it confusing different types of tiles could be introduced? All in all really cool game though! :)

Really cool idea! Reminds me of the old portal 2 mod "Thinking With Time Machine" which had a very similar mechanic. I think if you wanted to go further with this mechanic (maybe by having the robots interact with each other more?) it could be really interesting! Awesome little game, and great job for your first game jam game! It's something to be proud of! :)

Thanks :)

Thank you! I am very pleased with how it came out, although originally the story was meant to be much longer hahaha.

Thank you for playing!

In my mind Charlie definitely gets saved :)

Really cool game! I found the collision a bit weird but overall very nice :). I'm not smart enough to figure out the levels after 11 though. I especially liked having to carefully stretch around obstacles!

Solid idea! Although I thought the controls were a bit odd to use. Nice job only using 48 hours!

Really cool concept! The controls felt good (although my tiny brain struggles to control size and move at the same time). I'd maybe suggest adding in a little bit more vertical range on the attacks though, even with scaling I found landing them tricky on smaller enemies. All in all really cool!

Really cool game! I thought having to pick what goes where on your ship was added some interesting strategy!

(1 edit)

Really cool idea! I especially like how you can break red projectiles with specific timing, and the cost benefit of being big vs small at any given time. I would suggest maybe making it so that the blue dots turn red when your small? I was really confused at first for when I could get points for them-- also maybe the timing for the invincibility frames could be extended a bit a bit? It felt a bit too tricky to time.  All in all really awesome submission though! Nice job on 48 hours :)

Cool idea! Unfortunately I'm not entirely sure about what I'm actually supposed to do :(. I do like the robot-esk controls though (you can only move forward and turn)!

They weren't saved, they had to overcome the scale of space by jumping around and using fuel sources that weren't made for their ship, but I do agree with you on the lack of scale theming. Initially I had a lot of ideas for mini games in between the scenes dealing with how small you are vs space and the ridiculous speeds you have to travel to get anywhere, but there simply wasn't enough time.

Thank you for playing though :)!

:(

Thank you for playing! And yeah One Chance was a massive inspiration, I thought about multiple endings but there just wasn't enough time T-T

Thanks for playing! I thought I fixed this bug in development so I have no clue what is causing it now :(. And yeah the speed should definitely be faster, something to keep in mind for next time.

Thanks for playing! Yeah unfortunately I have zero clue what is causing that bug :(.

Yeah I was thinking about making them faster but when I wanted to start to do that it was already too late to rebalance it all.

Thanks so much!! I spent a while trying to get things working and looking decent hahaha :).

Hahaha thanks :).

Very cool idea implemented very well! The sharers on top looked great. Some of those enemies were tricky to dodge though 0_o.

Cool idea, definitely more original than most of the duck hunt games I've seen dotted around here, also I saw it was written in rust-- definitely the first I've seen of that here!
