Love the pixel art! Was pretty difficult on my own, and I wasn't really sure what to do or how I was taking damage. The text at the start was also a little difficult to read.

Really fun game!

Loved the art style and the music, only point I'd give is the screen shake in the final boss room was a bit too much.

Thanks! I fixed the filter, and the jump height variation is in the code but I'll tweak the numbers to make it more obvious.
