My download will not load. I am trying to play on The C64 mini. This is the very first game I've ever downloaded/paid for on itch.io. If it will not work, can I get my money back?

Tonight I downloaded and paid for my very first game from itch.io. It was Lily Lander and will not load at ALL. I am trying to use the C64 mini to play the game. Is there something I do not understand. If it will not work, can I get my money back?
