I just released The Newly Living, a standalone folk-horror TTRPG adventure with rules included.
The PCs are sent to a famine-struck village after a merchant reports something that should not be possible: there are more people and animals there than there should be. At first, the village seems almost normal, but the numbers are wrong, the answers do not fit, and the miracle at the center of it all has a cost.
The adventure focuses on investigation, social pressure, moral consequences, and low-magic dark fantasy. It is written for one-shots and includes compact rules based on tags, shared resources, clocks, fatigue, and hard choices.
The PDF was translated into English with AI assistance, and the cover also uses AI-generated art. The adventure, structure, setting, characters, rules, and scenario text are my own work.
