If you're talking about a decrease in free memory, it's possible it's not a memory leak, but simply the loading of assets as the game progresses.

Hi! For now you can play Android version. Probably later other platforms will be added. Also you can probably change your region on Steam.

By starting menu you mean `Main menu` or `Start Story mode` and `Activate secret code`. If the latter, then it should be so. Black screen for 3-6 seconds.
